Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking 2 skilled Behavior Therapists/Paraeducators to join the dynamic team at Wilmington Public Schools. If you have experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and are passionate about making a difference, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Work 1:1 with students or support classroom environments.
Collaborate with elementary school staff to implement behavioral strategies and educational plans.
Provide hands-on support to students, promoting growth and success in their learning environment.

Position Highlights:

Start Date: ASAP
End Date: June 2025
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week.
Setting: Elementary building

Qualifications:

Experience with ABA practices is required.
Ability to work collaboratively with students, teachers, and other school staff.
Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not mandatory.
