Job Description

100% Virtual Speech Language Pathologist for Virginia School District

We are looking for a skilled Virtual Speech Language Pathologist to join our team and deliver therapy services to students at a Virginia school. The district director is arranging interviews immediately, so we recommend applying as soon as possible to be considered. While you don’t need to reside in Virginia, you must hold a license in both your home state and Virginia to qualify.

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out assessments and evaluations to identify student needs.
  • Create and implement individualized therapy plans (IEPs).
  • Work closely with teachers and parents to track student progress.
  • Comfortable using digital tools and resources to deliver engaging therapy sessions.
  • Sustain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology or a related discipline.
  • Virginia Speech Language Pathology licensure (or eligibility).
  • Two years of past experience with teletherapy preferred.
  • Proficient interpersonal and technology skills.
