Job Description
Sunbelt Staffing is looking for an experienced Travel Cath Lab Technologist for a 13-week assignment in Peoria, IL. Peoria is a vibrant city that offers a blend of urban amenities and scenic beauty, making it an ideal location for your next travel assignment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures.
- Operate specialized cath lab equipment and monitor patient vitals during procedures.
- Ensure sterile environments are maintained throughout procedures.
- Collaborate with the cath lab team to provide quality patient care.
- Document patient information accurately in EMR systems.
Certifications & Licenses:
- ACLS (AHA)
- ARRT certification
- BLS (AHA)
- IEMA (Illinois State) License in Radiologic Technology
Required Skills:
- EKG interpretation
- Experience with cardiovascular procedures
- Knowledge of cardiac anatomy and function
- Proficiency in aseptic technique
