Job Description

Sunbelt Staffing is currently hiring a full-time, up to 37.5 hours per week, paraprofessional in the Maple Shade, NJ area. This role involves supporting high school students with diverse needs to help them succeed in their educational environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting teachers with classroom management and instructional support
  • Providing one-on-one or small group assistance to students with special needs
  • Helping to implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies
  • Assist with High School Caseload

Requirements:

  • Must have experience working with children in an educational setting
  • Preferably holds an associate’s degree or higher in education or a related field - but not required
