Job Description

A skilled and dedicated professional is sought to provide specialized speech-language pathology services in a dynamic K-12 school environment. This part-time position involves working directly with students to address a variety of speech and language needs, ensuring that each child receives the support necessary for their educational success.

Qualifications:

  • Certified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP - CCC)
  • Valid Maine state license
  • Fingerprint clearance
  • Experience in K-12 settings, particularly with mild to moderate caseloads
  • Strong assessment and evaluation skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and other specialists

Location:
Brunswick, ME

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct therapy services to students requiring speech and language intervention
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop appropriate IEP goals
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings and professional development
  • Create and implement individualized therapy plans
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to support students' overall development
