Qualifications:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
  • Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
  • Experience working with K-12 students, particularly those with special education needs
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral intervention techniques and data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educators, parents, and interdisciplinary teams
  • Experience with conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Responsibilities:
