This travel position lets you work alongside healthcare leaders, expand your clinical toolbox, and boost your professional profile. Youll take part in diverse patient care settings and enjoy meaningful adventures during your downtime, from lakeside strolls to exploring local culinary gems.
Schedule/Hours
- Weekend rotation: once per month
- Up to 7 days off approved per contract
- On-call schedule: department rotation
Desired Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of MRI imaging experience
- ARRT (MR registered), BLS certification
- Competency with basic MRI principles, MR safety protocols, and peripheral IV starts including contrast injection
- Familiarity with implant assessments/workups
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Siemens Sola 1.5T and Skyra 3T scanners is highly desirable
- EPIC charting system knowledge
Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality MRI scans for inpatient, outpatient, and emergency patients
- Collaborate with a supportive department supervisor and interdisciplinary teams
- Follow departmental MR safety guidelines and infection control protocols
- Perform patient assessments and utilize appropriate equipment per protocols
- Manage scheduling priorities, including weekend and on-call rotations
