This travel opportunity gives you invaluable exposure to a leading, high-acuity level 1 Trauma and Stroke center, known for its fast-paced and collaborative environment. Youll be utilizing a mix of GE and Siemens CT scanners and working within an advanced EPIC EHR system. This assignment is an ideal way to expand your expertise, gain new clinical perspectives, and enhance your professional network. Engaging with a broad spectrum of accomplished healthcare professionals, youll observe a variety of workplace practices and leadership styles, helping you to advance your own clinical and interpersonal skills.
Schedule/Hours:
- Every other weekend: 12-hour shifts
- Three 8-hour evening shifts during the week
- Total: 36 hours per week
Qualifications:
- Experience in CT imaging, with proficiency in both GE and Siemens scanners preferred
- Previous work in high-volume, trauma, or stroke settings highly valued
- Working knowledge of EPIC EHR is desirable
- ARRT certification and active state licensure required
- Strong adaptability and teamwork abilities in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities:
- Operate CT imaging equipment safely and efficiently
- Perform scans according to physician orders in a timely manner
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
- Maintain accurate patient and imaging records within EPIC EHR
- Adhere to all hospital protocols, safety guidelines, and compliance standards
