Key Requirements:

Active RN Licensure
Minimum of one year of recent home health experience
BLS Certification (American Heart Association)
Proficiency in OASIS documentation and Homecare Homebase (HCHB) system

Responsibilities: As a valued member of our team, you will:

Collaborate closely with a diverse group of healthcare professionals to design and implement individualized home care plans.
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, laying the foundation for uniquely tailored care strategies.
Administer medications, offer wound care, and provide expert nursing interventions.
Maintain a vigilant eye on patient progress, facilitating seamless communication within interdisciplinary teams.
Employ OASIS documentation and the HCHB system to uphold meticulous and punctual record-keeping.

Position Details:

Location: Little Rock, AR
Duration: 13-week contract position within the realm of home health care excellence.
Schedule: Enjoy a full-time commitment with a 40-hour workweek (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
